RETURN POLICY

ONLINE PURCHASES
(www.shop.buffabowling.com)

  • You can return your product up to 30 days following the date on the invoice. 
  • A return is only possible for Canadian shipping addresses.
    • If a customer wants to return product from outside Canada, we will accept the return within our 30 day return policy, but all freight charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • The item(s) cannot have been used.
  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging and must be in good condition.
  • We do not accept any returns in-store for purchases made at www.shop.buffabowling.com.
  • All online purchases must be returned by contacting our customer service department. 
    • A representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) document to be included with your shipment. At such time, a free pick-up tag will also be provided for your return.
    • Contact us by phone at 1-800-263-4072 or by email at info@buffabowling.com to receive your RMA.
  • A credit will be issued once the return has been received. 
    • Allow up to ten (10) business days for us to process the return. 
    • A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the purchased merchandise (excluding shipping fees).
    • Shipping charges will ONLY be refunded if you received an item in error or it was defective.
  • You must put the item you wish to return in a box and put the shipping label on the box. Do not put the shipping label on the original package containing the product. We cannot resell a product if the original packaging is altered, damaged, or destroyed. In such case, the return will be refused.
  • All liquidation items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Buffa Distribution reserves the right to refuse any return.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • You can return your product up to 30 days following the date on the invoice. 
  • The item(s) cannot have been used.
  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging and must be in good condition.
  • Customers have the possibility to return the product only if they provide the original invoice as well as credit card slip, if applies. We will apply the reimbursement to the original method of payment.
  • All liquidation items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Buffa Distribution reserves the right to refuse any return.

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can exchange your product up to 30 days following the date on the invoice. 
  • The item(s) cannot have been used.
  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging and must be in good condition.
  • We do not reimburse purchases made at www.shop.buffabowling.com in-store.
    • If you have made a purchase at www.shop.buffabowling.com. and come in-store to exchange it. You have the possibility to exchange the product only if the value of the exchange is higher than the original purchase. The remaining amount must be paid by the customer.
  • ​All liquidation items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Buffa Distribution reserves the right to refuse any exchange.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • You can exchange your product up to 30 days following the date on the invoice. 
  • The item(s) cannot have been used.
  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging and must be in good condition.
  • Customers have the possibility to exchange the product only if they provide the original invoice as well as credit card slip, if applies. We will apply the reimbursement to the original method of payment.
  • We will refund the difference should the price of your exchange be lower than the original purchase.
  • All liquidation items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Buffa Distribution reserves the right to refuse any exchange.
