SHIPPING POLICY

We offer different shipping carriers on our website. We also offer a few different services depending on the carrier selected. The rates are variables on all merchandise according to weight and dimensions of items. Orders are shipped via FedEx, Canada Post or Purolator depending on your selection in the checkout.

Note that credit card verification and authorization must be received before we can process your order. Our selected carriers, within Canada, deliver on business days, excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas. All orders will be shipped in either heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes. Presently, we ship to Canada and the USA.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after you make a purchase on our website. Once the items are shipped out, you will receive another email with the tracking information in order to follow your parcel.
