Please click on the following link to download and install Team Viewer on your computer in order for us to assist you remotely. The download will start automatically once you click the link. When the download is done, open the file and install it by following the steps.




As usual, we want to offer you the best service, but we need your help to keep a certain flow for all the calls we receive. We ask you to take the following steps:

  1. Send a service request email to:
    • Include a brief description of what you are looking to accomplish, screenshots are a plus (if possible).
    • Give us the TeamViewer ID and Password.
  2. For emergencies, call 1-800-263-4072 and extension 279
    • If there is no response, leave a message.
      An Emergency Is = No communication to the lanes, central computer is not working.
      ​A problem with a Lexer league / tournament is not an emergency all the time.
  3. Avoid calling directly on cellphones for non-urgent cases.
  4. Call 1-800-263-4072 and dial their extensions and leave a message at the beep to ensure a call back from us.

  5. Avoid calling our customer service representatives, they will give you the same means of communication noted above.

The priority of the calls will be made according to the emergency and then by the incoming call priority case.
