With Conqueror version 6 and Bowland X, QubicaAMF products had been in the DNA of the SDQ Valleyfield for years before it had a face-lift in the summer of 2018.

Since these products were getting old, proprietor Thalia Théoret implemented her modernisation project by changing the scoring system.  This would offer the bowlers a brand-new experience on the lanes and boost the sales for open-play bowling.

First, the two front desk computers were updated to Conqueror Pro version 12.  This way, she ensured peace of mind for the years to come because of the performance of this management system and the extended tech support offer.

Then, she got the BES X Ultimate scoring and entertainment system.  The surprise was enormous for the bowlers, especially the general public, as they discovered a multitude of cool environments and games.  This came with the SuperTouch consoles.  Whether you are an avid bowler or an occasional bowler, these modern consoles are easy to use and very intuitive.

Also, during open play, everyone notices the colourful lights at the pins.  This is what we call CenterPunch Deck Lights.  These lights can be programmed in Conqueror Pro and they respond to states and events (result after throwing a ball).  The WOW effect is guaranteed!

The SDQ Valleyfield is one of those that utilize the advertising module the most.  Every important message is displayed on the monitors.  In their playlists, some sponsors bought a spot, which increases their revenues.  It is simple and fast to modify the playlist thus making sure that the advertisement stays current.

Also, in the fall of 2020, they started taking advantage of the Frequent Bowler Tracker module by offering membership cards to the bowlers.  Plus, this module allows to send mass mails to the members straight from Conqueror.  This is a great tool to advertise special offers, to remind the opening hours, to promote an event, etc.

The icing on the cake is this: the addition of Lexer Bowling Software.  The duckpin and tenpin leagues are a great asset at the SDQ Valleyfield.  This way, everything has been simplified with Lexer.  And, the bowlers like to consult their statistics on the Internet; stats are updated in a blink of an eye.
