The 3/4 Rubber Bowling Ball weighs 8.5 lbs and is made of solid rubber. It has 2 finger holes which allows you to swing the ball as a two handed bowler would, and make adjustments in the swing, body position, and approach without having to use a heavy bowling ball.  Made of solid silicone rubber - no latex. Safe on the body and the floor if dropped. Dishwasher safe - no dry cycle.   

All of our tools are made of a durable and flexible silicone rubber (latex free).
