STELLAR LANES

The years of 2018 to 2022 were the years of major investments for Stellar Lanes.  This bowling centre is now a reference in terms or management, customer service and quality of its equipment.

2018

First, six 5-pin lanes were replaced by tenpin lanes with the installation of the TMS string pinspotters.  With these, mechanical issues are a thing from the past.  These machines are reliable and require little maintenance.  Also, three Harmony ball returns were installed.

The old scoring system that had been in place for years got stripped to be replaced by Conqueror Pro version 12.  Managing the centre went to a whole new level, because Conqueror is easy to use.

This major change implies acquiring Lexer, the number one software for leagues and tournaments.

Then, they went for the home run by choosing the BES X scoring and entertainment system which offers 15 different environments and animation sets, 11 special games, eight classic and skills games and four Mad Games.  All this content is accessible through the SuperTouch consoles, which use is very intuitive.

Finally, at the front desk, to ensure a display similar to what is seen in other shops, two MMS devices were purchased.  It shows prices, promotions and advertising from local businesses.

2019

The look at Stellar Lanes got revamped by replacing the colourful masking units to something more sophisticated.  The design of the Paperbowl masking units is modern and current.

2021

The proprietors were desperately waiting for the new and improved online reservation module.  As soon as it was available, the licence was first updated to Conqueror X version 14 in November to access the QPortal and to benefit from the cloud solutions.  Then, in a split second, Web Reservations got set up and the clients could book a lane easily through the centre’s website.  Stellar Lanes was the first centre in Canada to run the new Web Reservations module.

The online reservation module talks to the whiteboard of the advanced reservations module in Conqueror X.  Consequently, a reservation time is always suggested to the clients even though the exact desired time is not available.  Also, it always tries to upsell by offering F&D items and an entry to the other activities at your centre.  The payment is fast and easy thanks to PayPal.

To keep your income growing at any time of the day or night, the Web Reservations module is a must!

2022

Six new tenpin lanes were added to the mix and six new EDGE String pinspotters got installed.  This machine is the new and improved version of the TMS pinspotters.  Once again, these pinsetters ensure peace of mind.

Then, the old Mendes ball returns on lanes 7 to 24 were removed and the same Harmony ball returns found on lanes 1 to 6 were installed.  This way, the look of every pair is the same.
