JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

We are currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and contribute to our growth. If you have warehouse management experience, strong leadership skills, and a team-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you!

What you will do

• Supervise the shipping and order picking team;
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance);
• Ensure accurate stock management and optimize storage space;
• Implement and enforce safety and productivity procedures;
• Assist with physical tasks as needed: order picking, handling, loading/unloading;
• Train new employees and ensure smooth team functioning;
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, finance);
• Use warehouse management software and generate reports;
• Perform other related duties as needed.

​What we are looking for

• High school diploma required; training in logistics or management is an asset;
• 5 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or team management;
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills;
• Physically fit (able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, etc.);
• Basic computer skills; experience with scanning systems is an asset;
• Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset;
• Forklift certification is an asset.
