JOB TITLE: RETAIL SPECIALIST

Our Sales and Marketing team is currently looking for an energetic and driven candidate to fill the position of Retail Specialist. Our retail pro shop is what started Buffa Distribution, and we are proud to be the largest volume proshop in Canada. With that volume, comes a lot of responsibility and many long-term clients that we have to serve. We are looking for someone who is very comfortable with the public and has strong aptitudes with the retail process. Anyone who has the capacity to learn, listen to feedback and adjust in time of need is the perfect fit for this position. We hope you find your place in our great company.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and help them as needed;
• Conclude customer transactions: invoicing, credit, prepayment;
• Fill the store with missing products, be sure to indicate the prices; 
• Respect the policies and procedures put in place by the company;
• Direct wholesale customers to a customer service representative;
• Perform the services required by the warehouse on work orders (repairs and engravings);
• Take customers’ hand measurements and drill bowling balls;
• Other tasks may be assigned.

What we are looking for

• High school diploma required;
• 2 to 5 years of retail sales experience, an asset;
• Experience working in a related environment;
• Prior knowledge of bowling products and industry, an asset; 
• Prior knowledge in bowling ball drilling, an asset;
• Perfectly bilingual: English and French, Italian is an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of: MS Office Suite; Sage 300, an asset.
