BG Laval 2000 bowling centre has decided to modernize their centre in order to significantly improve the customer experience.

BG Laval has acquired the QubicaAMF “BES X” scoring system with the Super Touch interactive screens on 12 of their lanes. This system allows customers to enjoy a memorable moment by taking pictures with Super Touch screens, playing interactive games and staying connected to social platforms like Facebook. In addition, they decided to install the Lexer league management software for their leagues and tournaments.

The bowling alley has also modernized its front desk by installing a new computer to be able to better serve customers.
