MONTREAL OPEN POSTPONED TO 2021

After only two years, our team at Buffa Distribution has been able to run a high-quality international tournament: the Montreal Open.  However, it takes two to tango.  The success of this event has relied on people like you, true passionate bowlers.  You were a total of 446 participants (792 registrations) to pass through the doors of the Centre de Quilles 440 in 2018 and 2019.  There is no word to express how thankful we are regarding the excitement you had to our tournament.  We sincerely want to thank you for being there and supporting the Montreal Open.

Now, who could have thought that our lives would change in a blink of an eye?  We feel like we take a lot of things for granted nowadays, right?  What seems to be normal yesterday is now completely out of fashion.  We must adapt.  We must be resilient.

This brings us to the third edition of the Montreal Open.  The fire within us just wants us to offer you this tournament.  However, by taking a step back, reality quickly catches up with us.  Consequently, it is with a lump in our throat that we announce the Montreal Open is postponed to 2021.

A few reasons helped us in making this decision.  Among them, here are the main two.  First, we want to keep the bar raised high and present a tournament like no others.  Also, the Montreal Open goes beyond the borders; we want to continue to welcome our guests from all around the world in a safe and healthy environment.

Therefore, the Montreal Open will be presented from October 9th to 11th of 2021.  We are already impatient to see you all.  Rest assured that we are going to step up to the plate, because we want you to live the time of your life next year.
