JOB TITLE: PARTS TECHNICIAN - AFTER-SALE SERVICE

Our Capital Sales team is currently looking for an energetic and motivated candidate to fill the position of Parts Technician - After-Sale Service. This division is a very important pillar for our business and also an important resource for the bowling centers we serve. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a client and who recognizes the importance of asking the right questions to better understand and explain what is going on. Also, our candidate has experience as a bowling center mechanic (stationary machines), has sales skills to help us grow this segment of our business, is willing to learn and has the ability to solve problems. What you will do

  • Offer technical support over the phone, or on site, for problems with pinsetter machines and oiling machines;
  • Provide support with oiling machines, how to use different types of oils and lane maintenance;
  • Take care of key accounts and be the first point of contact with them;
  • Visiting clients with the capital sales team;
  • Promote the sale of new products and recommended parts based on experience and expertise;
  • Respect the policies and procedures put in place by the company;
  • Other tasks may be assigned.

 

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a mechanic in a bowling center
    • Pinsetters (A2, GS, 82-70, 82-80, String);
    • Oiling machines (Kegel, Brunswick, older generations);
  • Know how to find, identify and solve mechanical problems;
  • Sales experience, speech skills and good interpersonal skills;
  • Experience working in a connected environment;
  • Know how to use the right tools for the task at hand;
  • Perfectly bilingual (English and French);
  • Previous knowledge of the following software is an asset:
    • MS Office Suite;
    • Sage 300;
    • QubicaAMF Conqueror;
  • Possibility of traveling with a reasonable delay;
  • Valid driver’s license and passport. (Low possibility of travel outside of Canada);
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
