RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Purchases from www.shop.buffabowling.com can be returned and/or exchanged either at our Buffa store or by mailing the purchase back to Buffa Distribution. All shipping costs associated with the return is the responsibility of the client. We do not reimburse any purchases made online, customers have the possibility to exchange the product only. If the value of the exchange is higher than the original purchase, the remaining amount has to be covered by the client.
Returns / Re-Stocking Fees
All merchandise returned after 90 days of the purchase date will be a charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 120 days of the date of purchase.
No returns will be accepted on clearance/liquidation items.
No returns will be accepted on special orders of goods that are not regular stock items.
No returns will be accepted on products that are not returned in their original packaging.
All defective products will be replaced with the same or equivalent product from the same manufacturer.
Freight costs for any return are the customers responsibility.
Returns in Store
Returns of merchandise purchased with credit card with a receipt or an online invoice: Merchandise purchased with credit card may be returned with a receipt or an online invoice for an exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment and the amount actually paid for the merchandise.
Returns by Mail in Canada (for online purchases only):
Purchases from www.shop.buffabowling.com can be returned by mail. All shipping costs associated with the return is the responsibility of the client.
To return merchandise by mail, please follow these steps:
Take one (1) copy of your original invoice and circle the item(s) you are returning.
For each item being returned, please indicate the reason using the codes below by simply writing the corresponding letter next to each of the items you have circled:
A) Too big
B) Too Small
C) Not as I expected
D) Damaged or defective (please indicate the location of the defect)
E) Mistake on the order
F) Duplicate shipment sent
Contact us by phone at 1-800-263-4072 or by email at email@example.com to receive your return confirmation number associated with your order.
Carefully pack the items to be returned and enclose the updated copy of the invoice with the return confirmation number.
Ship the parcel back to us using the transport company of your choice and make sure to write the return confirmation number on the box.

From the time your return parcel arrives at our Distribution Center, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Buffa Distribution will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Original shipping charges cannot be refunded, unless you received an item in error or that was defective.
