DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

BALLS

Warranty for bowling balls is valid for 365 days following the date of purchase. Cracks due to excessive/purposed abuse or wear will void the warranty.  Buffa Distribution reserves the right to accept or refuse any return and replacement.

The chips and scratches caused by pinsetters, lanes or normal wear and tear are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Bowling balls should be kept at room temperature.  Any damage caused by excessive exposure to hot/cold is not covered by this warranty.

The following items will void the original manufacturer's warranty for tenpin bowling balls:

• Plugged or repaired balls void the manufacturer's warranty
• Any hole within a 1" radius of the pin will void the manufacturer's warranty
• A bridge between the middle and ring finger holes smaller than 1/4"
• Finger holes that join/meet at the bottom of the hole

Credit acceptance is at the discretion of the manufacturer and Buffa Distribution.

SHOES

Warranty on shoes is valid for 365 days following the date of purchase. Damages caused by excessive abuse, common wear or voluntary breakage will void the warranty.

The shoe must be seen in order to receive a credit and analyse the possible defect.

Excessive wear due to the bowler's technique is not a sign of a defective product.

Credit acceptance is at the discretion of the manufacturer and Buffa Distribution.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Product warranty depends on the manufacturer. Excessive abuse, common wear or voluntary breakage will void the warranty.

Breakage due to improper application/installation is not a sign of a defective product.
