Our Store is Now Open Under New Covid-19 Guidelines

The health and safety of our customers and employees are our priority.
Our promise to you during these uncertain times is as follows:

  • Limit of four (4) people in the store
  • Employee must wear a mask at all times
  • Employee must wear protective gloves when handing any product to a customer
  • Employee must change protective gloves for every customer
  • If work is needed on a bowling ball, it will be sanitized
  • Customers cannot go in the workshop & laser engraving area
  • When taking hand measurements, customer and employee must wear a mask at all times and wash their hands after
  • We have disposable masks and gloves on site
  • Credit and debit card payment only
  • The terminal is to be sanitized after each customer

Temporary Closure Until April 13

While the corona virus is spreading in Quebec, François Legault "puts Quebec on pause" for three weeks: all nonessential businesses will have to close their doors. - TVA Nouvelles and Charles Lecavalier | Published on March 23, 2020, at 13:01.

In the hope of doing our part and keeping our employees and our customers safe, we are temporarily closing our doors as of today, and this, until April 13th following the request from the Premier Minister of Quebec.

For all information in the world of bowling, we are always present online. You can find us on our website: shop.buffabowling.com, on Facebook and Instagram. Mark will be live from home every day at noon (Eastern time) on our Facebook page until April 13. Until then, we'll keep you posted if there are other changes.

COVID-19 - UPDATE 03/16/2020

Dear customers, partners and collaborators,

Following the recommendations of the Government of Quebec in response to the arrival of COVID-19, here are the concrete actions we are taking to continue to serve you safely.

  • We will continue our operations; however we will be working with limited staff.
  • We will maintain our shipping services and communications via email, videoconference and telephone, as well as sales through our web portal.
  • Our warehouse is able to send packages and pick up on site. Please note that we are not going to order from our suppliers, therefore we will only be able to offer you a choice of what we already have in stock.
  • The proshop will now be closed to the public. However, ball drilling is available by appointment only. Contact us to book today.
  • For our QubicaAMF equipment customers, you can reach our technical support team at techsupport@buffabowling.com for non-emergency assistance.
  • For our mechanical technicians, they are on call only, no physical travel, besides emergencies.
  • As for our public events, we have suspended them until further notice. We will notify you once they have been postponed.
